Dedicated to quality

Tuff Brumley started his career in welding and manufacturing at the age of 18 shortly after graduating high school. He quickly enrolled himself in vocational school where he sought to become 6G Certified by the State of Oklahoma. After completing the course and obtaining his 6G certification, he pursued many opportunities to increase and develop knowledge in the field of manufacturing. He did this by both utilizing field work on oil and gas rigs as well as in shop manufacturing on code and structural welding. Tuff has also taught at multiple vocational schools to equip the next generation of welders to be field ready and have the skill and knowledge necessary to be successful. With over 15 years of experience, Tuff has opened his own facility knowing that safety, quality, and competitive pricing are important to the industry's customers. Tuff also knows the importance of a deadline and the fast paced industry demand for production to be completed as safely and quickly as possible.

Hollie is scheduled to graduate from the University of Eastern Kentucky and obtain her Bachelors in Occupational Health and Safety along with a double minor in Fire Engineering Technologies and Business Administration this Spring. She has an eye for detail and thrives in the manufacturing industry. Her focus for CB Brumley Fabrication is to ensure their employees are provided with a safe and clean work environment and ensuring employees come home in the same condition they came to work in. Hollie ensures all new fabrication and refabs are OSHA and NIOSH compliant and has implemented controls within the facility such as air purifying filtration systems that reduce the iron particulate welders are exposed to, arm over ventilation to rid toxic fumes at the source while welding stainless steel, ensures proper fit of personnel's PPE, and is constantly looking for better engineered gear for her team. Hollie also ensures her team has 100% buy in to safety and is safety minded when carrying out their daily work task. Whether you are a customer, delivery driver, or employee, Hollie ensures your safety on their property and in their facility. She is very hands on and isn't afraid to learn current and potentially new work processes to ensure the best quality can be carried out on the job while maintaining safe work practices.
